Steven Q. Zhang, CPA, CFA
Steven has over 14 years of diverse tax experience in serving high net worth individual and family clients as well as closely-held business (S Corporation, C Corporation, Partnership and Limited Liability Company) with extensive knowledge in asset management, financial service, e-commerce, computer consulting and wholesale distribution industry.
Prior to founding the company, Steven was with PricewaterhouseCoopers, WTAS and Ernst & Young where he worked on a variety of institutional and individual clients in Private Client Service and International Tax practice. His clients included Goldman Sachs executives, asset managers and various hedge funds and private equity funds.
Steven received his
Master degree in Taxation from DePaul University in Chicago and his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Indiana University with distinction. He was a former treasurer and board member of National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP) and a former board member of Lifeline Theatre in Chicago.
Steven is a licensed CPA in New York and a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The CFA institute, and New York Society of Security Analysts.
Amy Shen, CPA
Amy has over 5 years of experience in providing tax compliance services to private clients. She is experienced in dealing with various individual, trust and pass-through entity tax issues.Prior to joining the company, Amy was with WTAS LLC in New York.
Amy is a Certified Public Accountant.
